Waikiki Banyan

The ResortQuest at the Waikiki Banyan (Aston is now ResortQuest) offers one bedroom (sleeps 5) units with full kitchens. This mid-range property is located one block from Waikiki Beach and has a heated pool, tennis court, basketball court, recreation deck, children's playground, internet cafe, pool snack shop, putting green, BBQ area and a sundry store. The spacious units have wall air conditioning, color cable TV, ironing board, hair dryer, high-speed internet access (fee) and a coffee-maker. This property is a popular family condominium and is a good value. All units are non-smoking. The property is upgrading and refurbishing the guest elevators. The work should be completed by Fall, 2008. Work will consist of one elevator per Tower to be put out of service 24 hours per day (7 days per week) with three out of four elevators being operational in each Tower during the entire refurbishment. Work will be done from 8:00AM-4:00PM daily. Guests should expect slight delays that may occur and should plan ahead by allowng a few extra minutes when using the elevators. In addition, the pool will be closed for annual maintenance and deep cleaning beginning on May 19, 2008 through May 23, 2008. The recreation deck will still be open and available for use. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to minimize any guest inconvenience.
